Create custom views using filters to show only the issues you want to see.

Notion has no shortcut for creating views but you can use the Linked database embed to fill this page with custom views of the Issue database or the Projects.

Like Linear, you can favorite views you access frequently and add them in your sidebar by clicking the ⭐ or clicking Favorite.

All views are public to your workspace by default, while in Linear you can choose to keep them private or share it with a team.

I created a few views in the Issues database that are linked in the right side menu, but also accessible from the database page, but you can create many more. The "Aging issues" view for example does not exist in Linear and uses Notion's timeline view to show how long have the issues been open.
